Frequently Asked Questions

1.       How much is delivery?

Our standard delivery for mainland UK is £6.95 per delivery address. For the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands (click here for a complete list of postcodes affected) delivery charge is £14 per delivery address.

2.       How long does delivery take?

On all orders placed before 1pm we will deliver your order within 24 hours for mainland UK, excluding weekends. On orders placed post 1pm we will dispatch your order the following day on 24 hour delivery, excluding weekends. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands (click here for a complete list of postcodes affected) can take an extra few days. If there is a problem with your delivery we will contact you.

3.       What if I am not in when the delivery is attempted?

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you or the intended recipients are not available, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

5.       How do I register as a member and is there any commitment to buy from you?

There is no commitment to buy from us and membership is free. To become a member of the RFU Wine Club register using the icon in the top right hand corner of the page. 

6.       Is membership free?

Membership is free. You only pay for what you buy.

7.   Can I send a personalised message?

Yes you can. You will be asked in the basket if you wish to gift wrap your order; this costs £1.20 per bottle and includes the option to add a personalised message. 

8.   Can I collect from your Twickenham office?

No, we do not stock our wines on site.

9.   I have forgotten my password...

Don’t worry; you can rest your password at the login stage. Enter your e-mail address and click the ‘Reset Password’ icon and we will send you a new one.
