Terms and conditions for the QBE Internationals 2012 ticket competition.
Promotion is available on the QBE International Mixed Case on the RFU Wine Club.
Open to mainland UK residents aged 18 and over only excluding employees of the RFU Wine Club, CellarVie Wines, RFU, its agents and anyone professionally associated with the promotion and their immediate families.
There is one part to the promotion: -
1) An in pack instant win indicated by finding a winning letter with a unique code inside the QBE International’s Mixed Case. Winning recipients must call the RFU Wine Club on 0208 622 4503 within 24 hours of delivery and quote the unique code in order to redeem their pair of tickets to the match specified in the letter.
There are two pairs of tickets to be won for England versus Australia at Twickenham, and thereafter three pairs of tickets for England’s QBE Internationals against South Africa and New Zealand. In total the RFU Wine Club are giving away 8 pairs of tickets.
To win a pair of tickets to one of England’s QBE Internationals at Twickenham you must find a letter enclosed in the QBE Internationals Mixed Case purchased on the RFU Wine Club. Prizes must be claimed within 24 hours of the QBE Internationals Mixed Case being delivered by calling the RFU Wine Club to arrange delivery of the tickets. Winners are also advised to email the RFU Wine Club on email@example.com.
Please follow the instructions printed clearly on the winner’s letter to make your claim. Only legitimate, genuine printed letters with a unique code will be accepted. Prizes will only be awarded following the validation of the unique winning code by a representative of the RFU Wine Club. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or misplaced claims. Winners are advised to call the RFU Wine Club as soon as they receive their winning letter.
Each code is unique to a specific pair of tickets to a specific match and can only be used once.
Only official codes enclosed in the QBE Internationals Mixed Case on the RFU Wine Club will be accepted.
Winning tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold, resold or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be ineligible and any prizes won will be void.
The promoter, their agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged letters with winning codes.
The promoter, their agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for the misuse of the codes.
Entrants must not register on nor use the website on behalf of another individual without that individual’s express permission.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winners may be required to take part in publicity for the RFU Wine Club without payment.
Competition closes in its entirety on Sunday 25th November 2012 but for a chance to win tickets to England's game against Australia on the 17th November, you must have bought the QBE Internationals 2012 Mixed Case before midday GMT on Monday 12th November. Likewise, for a chance to win tickets to England's QBE International against South Africa on 24th November, you must have bought the QBE Internationals 2012 Mixed Case before midday GMT on 19th November 2012.
Limitations of liability. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this Promotion.
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. If such activity is suspected the Promoter will delete the offending accounts and compensation or prosecution will be sought through the law.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the website information is correct at all times, the Promoter will not be held liable for any misprint or subsequent change of information.
The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
Entrant details will be forwarded to the RFU for validation exclusively, and will not be used for any other purpose.
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
